Welcome our new General Director at Liralighting Group
We are pleased to announce that Rafał Mroczek has joined the Liralighting Group team as General Director and Vice President of the Management Board. Rafał is a manager with many years of experience in the lighting industry, successfully combining technological expertise with a business-oriented approach to organizational development. His extensive career covers all levels of the industry – from sales to managing international commercial structures. We are confident that his vision and experience will be key elements enabling us to fully implement our strategy and development vision for Liralighting Group.

I am delighted to join the Liralighting Group team, taking on the role of General Director and Vice President.
Since 2007, I have been involved in the lighting industry, where I have progressed through all career levels – from sales representative to director positions managing multiple areas of an international company. In recent years, I have held top management positions, responsible for growth strategy, sales, and leading a team of nearly 100 specialists.
Liralighting Group is a brand with great potential and a modern, newly built production facility in Elbląg, equipped with advanced technological lines and research laboratories. All our products are manufactured on our own production lines, ensuring full control over quality and flexibility in project execution.
My goal is to further strengthen Liralighting Group’s position in both domestic and international markets, and to drive dynamic growth of the sales department through expansion into new business areas. I believe that with our team’s knowledge, passion, and collaboration, we will create new chapters of the brand’s success.
I look to the future with enthusiasm – ahead of us lie many ambitious goals and inspiring challenges.
